Established in 1958 by Richard and Ruth Jackson, Glass City Food Service remains a leading distributor throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.  We provide hundreds of products specific to the needs of independently owned ice cream shops. With our in-house candy processing operation, we offer high quality and cost-effective ingredients for your ice cream creations. Glass City Food Service also provides a wide array of specialty products for Asian restaurants.
